The Include Me 2 Club is working in partnership with The Michael Tracey Project to bring you a dynamic, new approach to Day Services with the new Hub Club.  A multiple-choice day club with a difference!

 We are working to bring you a new, dynamic approach to day services for adults with an additional support needs or disabilities, by providing opportunities that embody autonomy, choice, community-focused, person-centered, asset-based programmes of activities and events.
